关于RSSI

Talking to the Apple's folk at WWDC, it seemed clear to me that being able to read the RSSI while your application is in the background is something that will go away ...

You should do the work in your device itself, having it monitor the RSSI and sending a notification when required. This will wake-up your application, use less battery and likely more accurate

如果iOS在后台运行，过一小会就会停止读取RSSI。可以在peripheral这端给iOS一个notification，然后iOS就会乖乖的爬起来继续读取RSSI了。
